🍍小鳳仙雪條 (雲南) Pineapple popsicles (Yunnan) Process : Pineapple Enzymatic Anaerobic Washed 處理法 : 菠蘿厭氧酵素水洗 菠蘿 甜沙田柚 雲呢拿 鮮奶油 Vanilla Fresh cream Pineapple Sweet Promelo 掛耳包沖煮步驟: 1. 撕開掛耳包外袋,取出濾袋,搖一搖讓粉均勻分布。 2. 沿虛線撕開濾袋袋口,拉開兩邊耳朵,掛喺杯口。 3. 首先輕輕注入少量熱水(約90-92°C),等10-15秒讓咖啡粉悶蒸。 4. 然後分兩至三次注水,讓熱水慢慢滲過咖啡粉滴入杯中。約200ml成品。 5. 水注完後,取下濾袋,即可享用! ⚠️切記咖啡掛耳包不能翻沖‼️ ➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖ 本公司是香港本地持牌咖啡烘焙商;咖啡豆每天新鮮烘焙。所有咖啡豆產品均由聾人咖啡師和有「特殊照顧」需要之員工負責包装, 感謝您支持他們工作與夢想。讓每一杯咖啡都充滿溫度和意義。 My Little Coffee is a licensed local coffee roaster in Hong Kong, dedicated to roasting fresh coffee beans daily.
